Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before installing or using the SecureView Chrome extension ("the Extension", "SecureView", "we", "us"). By installing or using SecureView you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of SecureView (Saleem Khan). Your continued use of the Extension after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Extension

SecureView is a Chrome browser extension that tracks your active browsing time per domain, categorizes visited websites, and presents daily usage summaries. It is designed as a personal productivity and self-awareness tool. All data is stored locally on your device unless AI-based categorization is enabled, in which case limited data is sent to a third-party classification service (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SecureView. By using the Extension you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

SecureView is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that categorization results will be accurate in all cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saleem Khan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SecureView, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (which, if free, is zero).

11. Updates to the Extension

We may release updates to SecureView at any time. Chrome may install updates automatically. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice or liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published at https://www.websaleem.com/secureview/terms.html with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is domiciled, unless prohibited by local law.
